Brad. You were right. It doesn't work. I know you tried so hard. But dammit, you were right. I may have to bust out the markers on this one myself.

Wow Joe...that's the most useless link I've ever seen anyone post in my blog.

I think I'll keep it, just to show other people what they need to surpass, to be considered more than useless.

Mike, the colours might work if I wash the background out a little...but overall; a blue bear is difficult to put on a page without the rest of the pic being compromised due to an altered palette.
We perceive certain items as being certain colours. When we change that aspect...it looks wrong to our eyes, and detracts from the art itself.

I think the brown version looks better, even though I tried to accentuate the blue bear by giving him depth, and creating a matte background.
